The Counterculture Magazine
The UK magazine Bizarre actually offered a very bizarre range of topics. It saw itself as an alternative to conventional publications that primarily focused on beauty, decency and cleanliness. Instead, Bizarre offered a counterculture in terms of content, in which a place was primarily offered to people who either visually or because of their fetish did not correspond to the mainstream. In addition, works by avantgarde artists were extensively discussed and presented.
